Hot Runner Heaters

Coil hot runner heaters, also known as spiral heaters, are a type of industrial heating element that are designed to deliver high power output in a compact size, making them ideal for use in confined spaces such as hot runners. The heating rod is coiled into a spiral of the required diameter, with the option to create zones of increased or reduced power. At TEN 24, we also offer custom hot runner heaters with built-in thermocouples for precise temperature control and measurement.

Hot runner heaters find their main application in plastic processing machines such as hot runner systems, metal molds, injectors, and distributors. Additionally, they are used in a range of other industries including medical, paper, glass, and packaging, where they can be used for welding strips and sealing heads.

Our coiled heaters are available in several versions, including those with a built-in type J thermocouple for temperature control and measurement, metal outer casings for extra protection and ties, and additional wire insulation. At TEN 24, we manufacture coiled heaters to order, initially straight, but delivered already curled to the desired shape and are not subject to re-straightening and re-curling. Our production time is quick, typically only taking 2-3 days.

If you need custom coiled heaters to meet your specific requirements, please contact us to place your order.
