The block of heating elements is used in cases where increased power is needed with a small size of the heating element. Several tubular electric heaters are fixed on the flange, which can be of the same or different power.
Material: carbon steel, stainless steel
The number of heating elements in the block: 1-6 pcs.
Power: up to 15 W/cm2
Heating blocks with electric heating elements are commonly used in various heating devices and systems, such as boilers, steam generators, and water heaters. These blocks are capable of heating not only water but also oil or weak acid solutions.
The design of heating element blocks consists of one to six simple tubular heating elements placed on a metal base. Different configurations of heating elements and connections can be used, along with various types of bases, such as threaded flanges or metal plates with holes.
The tubes of heating elements in the block can be made from either carbon steel or heat-resistant stainless steel for high capacities. Standard models typically have short heating element lengths with high power, which requires the use of additional liquid circulation, such as a pump, to prevent boiling near the heating element with power densities over 15 W/cm². Custom blocks with lower power densities can be made to order with longer heaters.
TEN 24 offers custom-made heating element blocks with individual parameters. Customers can request a quote or place an order directly by contacting the company's phone numbers listed on our website.
