Electric heaters with fins are heating elements for air with additional fastening of a steel or aluminum fin strip on the shell of the heating element. This allows you to increase heat transfer and therefore increase the power of the heater.

Finned heating elements are commonly used to heat moving air or gas mixtures in various industrial heating devices like electric heaters, heat guns, convectors, and air heaters. These heating elements have much higher heat transfer rates than regular heating elements for air, allowing for a reduction in the power load on the heating surface by up to 2.5 times.
The internal design of finned heating elements is similar to that of conventional heating elements for water and air, with a resistive spiral placed inside a metal tube made of carbon or stainless steel. The spiral is insulated with compressed dielectric and fixed on contact rods at the ends of the heating element. The ends of the heating element are sealed with insulating bushings and varnish to protect against moisture.
TEN 24 specializes in manufacturing straight or U-shaped finned heating elements according to individual specifications, as well as providing standard models for most electric heaters. Proper installation of finned heating elements requires the use of special clamps, brackets, flanges, or brackets to avoid damaging the heater. Mechanical or soldered fittings must be used to fix the heating element, and contact leads and bushings should not be used.
To purchase finned electric heating elements, customers can use the order form on the company website or contact TEN 24 managers directly through provided phone numbers.
