Tubular quartz IR heaters are a completely ready-to-install independent heating element that emits infrared waves from a resistive coil inside a quartz tube. On both sides of the tube there are contacts for connecting to the mains.
Quartz infrared heaters are used in infrared dryers, lavash ovens, forming tables, heaters, vacuum forming equipment and other production equipment where fast infrared heating and cooling is important.

The connection to the power supply is located on both sides of the quartz tube. Alternatively, connection can be made with bolts or heat-resistant wires. The wires are additionally insulated with heat-resistant ceramic beads, which not only protect against damage but also do not limit the flexibility of the wire.
Quartz tubes are mainly installed in metal reflectors, which focus the radiation beams in a certain direction.
