Oil product heaters are versatile and can be used not only for heating viscous oil products like tar, fuel oil, and bitumen, but also for heating other liquids such as mineral oils and water.
Our company offers both mortise oil product heaters, which are fixed to the tank, and oil product immersion heaters, which can be placed inside the tank temporarily. These heaters consist of multiple metal pipes, each containing ceramic heating elements, and are joined together with a flange.
At TEN 24, we offer competitive prices for heaters for bitumen and other oil products, and our experts can provide detailed advice on the different types of heaters and help calculate the required power and number of heaters. For precise heating to a specific temperature, we also offer heating systems with temperature sensors and automatic thermostats. These systems use two thermal sensors, one on the heater and another in the liquid at a distance from it, to maintain the temperature of the oil products within a specified range.
For those using immersion or mortise heaters to heat water or oil products, we also manufacture automation cabinets with equipment for automated control.
