The design of cylindrical ceramic heating elements

Dry heating elements are made of ceramic blocks with heat-resistant technical ceramics. A highly resistive nichrome spiral is installed in the grooves of these blocks, which provides heating to a temperature of 800 degrees Celsius. We can produce dry heating elements with uneven power distributed along the length of the heater, it is even possible to create cold zones with a length of 10 mm or more.

The ceramic modules of the dry heating element are connected along the axis to each other and are fixed at one end to the flange, from which the lead wires come out. Conclusions can be placed in the form of bolts in pairs, in the form of a triangle or 4 bolts.
